Server-Side Manager (Full Stack – Next.js & Infrastructure)
We are looking for a highly skilled Server-Side Manager to lead and manage our backend infrastructure and full stack development efforts. This role requires deep expertise in Next.js, Node.js, VPS management, and aaPanel. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications, managing server environments, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability. You will oversee backend architecture, handle deployments, manage databases, and work closely with frontend and marketing teams to deliver high-performing digital solutions. You will also take ownership of server configurations, security, uptime monitoring, and automation processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all projects.
- ✓ Expert in Next.js and modern React architecture
- ✓ Strong Node.js backend development experience
- ✓ Experience managing VPS environments (Linux-based)
- ✓ Hands-on experience with aaPanel or similar control panels
- ✓ Experience with deployment pipelines and CI/CD
- ✓ Understanding of server security, performance tuning, and scaling
- ✓ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve server-side issues independently
- ✓ Familiarity with API development and integrations
- ✓ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
