Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided by Athara Tech. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
2. No Refund After Work Begins
Once any project or service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes advance payments and partial payments made prior to the start of work.
3. Refund Before Work Begins
If work has not yet started, clients may request a refund within 12 hours of making the advance payment. Requests made after this 12 hour period will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Full Payments
Full payments made for services are non refundable. This applies regardless of whether the work has started or not.
5. Project Delays or Cancellation
If a client delays or cancels a project after payment, no refunds will be issued. Any work completed up to that point remains chargeable.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Athara Tech. There is no obligation to provide a refund under any circumstance outside the conditions stated above.
