Design & Prototype

Week 12

Before writing a line of code, we design your solution. For web projects this means wireframes and a visual mockup. For software, it means workflow diagrams and a clickable prototype you can test.

Common Questions

How long does a typical project take?

A website typically takes 24 weeks. Custom software ranges from 4 to 12 weeks depending on complexity. We give you a specific timeline in the proposal before you commit.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We take 50% upfront to start work, and the remaining 50% on delivery. For larger projects we may split payments into three milestones.

What if I need changes after we agree on scope?

Minor changes are usually absorbed. Significant scope changes are quoted and agreed before we build them you'll never get a surprise invoice.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes. We can handle hosting, domain, SSL, and all technical infrastructure. Or we can deploy to your existing servers your choice.

Can I talk to past clients?

Absolutely. If you'd like a reference from a client in your industry, ask us during the discovery call and we'll arrange it.
